Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Process:
  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • We will pre-authorize your credit card for the purchase amount.
  • Our team will promptly confirm the availability of the item(s) with our suppliers.
  • If your item is in stock, we'll process the charges to your credit card and initiate shipment within five business days.
  • You'll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.
International Shipping:
  • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges:
  •  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  •  Contact us at sales@pizzaovenzone.com to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to the address provided.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and meet eligibility criteria as described in our return policy.
  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the transaction upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Items returned outside the designated process or 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations & Refunds:
  •  If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for the transaction.
Damaged Shipments:
  •  Inspect your oven upon delivery. Document any damage and notify us within 24 hours.
  • Save the damaged product and original packaging for inspection and resolution.
